"Shinjuku Natural Onsen Thermae-yu" is a 24-hour super sento located in Kabukicho, Shinjuku Ward. It's a convenient hot spring facility to visit when you're in Shinjuku for shopping or other activities.

The open-air bath uses natural hot spring water from "Kamiyo no Yu" in Central Izu. The water quality is sodium-calcium-sulfate spring, known as "the hot spring for beautiful skin." The indoor high-concentration carbonated spring has a carbonation level of 1,100ppm, which is higher than usual. The "neutral electrolyzed water bath," which uses high-concentration functional water with strong sterilizing power, has skin-beautifying effects and can improve skin problems. There are two types of saunas for both men and women.

In the women's bath, you can enjoy a "lotion bath" that uses approximately 3,000 bottles of skin lotion rich in mineral components. The mild, weakly acidic water leaves your skin feeling as if you've applied a pre-lotion, and you can expect improved penetration of your skincare products.

There are two spacious lounges with power outlets at every seat. At the Japanese restaurant, you can enjoy creative Japanese dishes made with seasonal ingredients, as well as their famous handmade udon noodles.
It's the best! The food is delicious, and the baths and bedrock baths are amazing. The sofas are so comfy they make you lazy. All the staff are kind. It's heaven. I don't want to go home. (Customer Review)

There are 3 to 4 types of saunas for both women and men, and staff provide löyly and Aufguss services.

The "Healing Bade," a relaxation space reminiscent of a southern resort, features low-temperature sauna rooms with different bedrock materials. After sweating it out, relax on the bright open deck lined with lounge chairs. There are many restaurants and cafes, so you're sure to find your favorite dishes. This facility allows you to spend a leisurely time as if on a trip.
Ever since a friend invited me here, I've been hooked on the bedrock bath and Finnish sauna!

There's also a bedrock bath area where you can relax while reading manga and magazines, making it a super sento where you can comfortably spend a late night or use it before an early morning flight.
I participated in both the professional löyly master's löyly and the staff's löyly, and both were very satisfying, with lots of heat and a longer duration (it was done in two parts, with a break in between!). I love saunas, but it's been a long time since I've sweated this much.

Another great thing was that you can bring manga into the bedrock bath! That made me happy. The baths were also incredibly spacious, and the water was excellent, making it my favorite facility.
